my services & how it works

step one; the consultation

set up a 20-30 minute video call with me!

first, i want to get to know you! your likes, dislikes, preferences, etc. i will collect all of the necessary information (travelers in party, preferred dates, budget) and the details of your travel preferences so we can determine if we are going to be a good fit!

after collecting information, you'll have time to ask any questions you'd like! if we determine we are a good fit, i will share my planning fee(s) with you before moving forward. fees vary depending on overall trip complexity based on the discussion during our consultation.

step two; the planning

let the research begin!

this is where, based on our initial consultation I will really get to work crafting your perfect itinerary.

i will reach out to my phenomenal group of exclusive travel partners and suppliers to design an unforgettable one-of-a-kind experience while maximizing your budget.

you will receive at least 2 custom designed itineraries that fit within your budget. however, we can make adjustments as needed until you cannot physically wait any longer to get there!

step three; the countdown

t-minus how many hours?

once a finalized itinerary is determined and signed off on, i will get to work booking every last component for you and keep organized track of all the details for you.

this includes, but is not limited to: booking flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, activities, vehicles, entertainment, tours, insurance etc.

additionally, i will make sure you are aware of all of relevant information regarding visas, health & safety, passports and other requirements that you as the traveler will need to complete.

every last detail will be managed for you, so you don't need to worry about missing a thing. in addition to creating a full organized itinerary for you, i will also send payment reminders so you don't miss those either.

step four; the escape

the time has finally come!

take off on your customized trip designed just for you! your itinerary, documentation, and all other important information will be uploaded on a special app, which can be downloaded for access offline at anytime.

while i have worked hard to provide you with an incredible experience, sometimes things happen! so, if you need support with a supplier or there is an emergency situation, you can reach me 24/7 during your trip via the app, text, e-mail or phone. i will work efficiently and diligently to get any matters resolved for you so you can enjoy yourself!

step five; the follow-up

feedback is a gift!

once you're back i look forward to hearing all about your trip! i love to see photos and videos and hear about your experiences. what you loved, what made it all the more special and if there was anything you wished had been different.

making time to connect is an important last piece of your experience for me, that way i can take your feedback and mindfully craft that into your next trip when the time comes!
